- Manage administrative matters including leave, training, attendance records, disciplinary monitoring as well as service matters.
- Manage and supervise financial matters which include procurement, payment, overtime allowance etc.
- Manage and monitor departmental inventory asset management.
- Manage matters related to the MOU / MOA Council as well as activity records.
- Manage and supervise practicum students at CEDI
TRAINING, CONSULTATION AND STUDENT BUSINESS DIVISION
TRAINING, CONSULTATION AND STUDENT BUSINESS DIVISION
- Identify the type of trainings to be offered and prepare program proposals.
- Monitor training programs and provide detailed reports of each activity.
- Plan collaborative relationships with external parties for trainings.
- Manage payment instructions to speakers, facilitators and provide training promotion materials.
- Generate income to the department through Training services to external agencies related to the fields of Co-operative and Entrepreneurship.
- Marketing trainings and consulting services to external parties.
- Offer consulting services to external parties through CEDI research fellows.
- Cooperate with external parties with MoUs and MoAs in the fields of Co-operative and Entrepreneurship.
- Manage and handle the process of applying for License B to students of Universiti Utara Malaysia.
- Manage the application process for Universiti Utara Malaysia Student Business Loan Fund.
- Operating Business Premises for Students of Universiti Utara Malaysia.
START-UP BUSINESS DIVISION
START-UP BUSINESS DIVISION
- Plan and develop policies related to Business Start-up.
- Creating Business Start-up processes and ecosystems.
- Provide training modules and trainings to students and staff intend to start businesses.
- Get potential investors (Venture Capitalist, Business Angle, Crowd Funding) and grants for Start-ups.
CUSTOMS-AGENT PROGRAM DIVISION
CUSTOMS-AGENT PROGRAM DIVISION
- Conduct Customs Agent and Shipping Agent Courses and related examinations.
- Manage transportation, logistics needs, accommodation of instructors and facilitators as well as course venues.
- Check the accommodation, travel and lecture allowance documents of the teaching staff.
ENACTUS DIVISION
ENACTUS DIVISION
- Coordinate and carry out activities related to social entrepreneurship.
- Train students to innovate in social entrepreneurship activities.
- Train ENACTUS students to participate in competitions organized by internal and external organizations.
