ADMINISTRATION & FINANCE DIVISION ADMINISTRATION & FINANCE DIVISION
  1. Manage administrative matters including leave, training, attendance records, disciplinary monitoring as well as service matters.
  2. Manage and supervise financial matters which include procurement, payment, overtime allowance etc.
  3. Manage and monitor departmental inventory asset management.
  4. Manage matters related to the MOU / MOA Council as well as activity records.
  5. Manage and supervise practicum students at CEDI
STUDENT ENTREPRENEURSHIP DEVELOPMENT DIVISION (STEDI) STUDENT ENTREPRENEURSHIP DEVELOPMENT DIVISION (STEDI)
  1. Identify the type of trainings to be offered and prepare program proposals.
  2. Monitor training programs and provide detailed reports of each activity.
  3. Plan collaborative relationships with external parties for trainings.
  4. Manage payment instructions to speakers, facilitators and provide training promotion materials.
  5. Generate income to the department through Training services to external agencies related to the fields of Co-operative and Entrepreneurship.
  6. Marketing trainings and consulting services to external parties.
  7. Offer consulting services to external parties through CEDI research fellows.
  8. Cooperate with external parties with MoUs and MoAs in the fields of Co-operative and Entrepreneurship.
  9. Manage and handle the process of applying for License B to students of Universiti Utara Malaysia.
  10. Manage the application process for Universiti Utara Malaysia Student Business Loan Fund.
  11. Operating Business Premises for Students of Universiti Utara Malaysia.
SERVICE, CONSULTATION, RESEARCH AND INCUBATOR DEPARTMENT (SCRID) SERVICE, CONSULTATION, RESEARCH AND INCUBATOR DEPARTMENT (SCRID)
  1. Provide training programs in collaboration with agencies and industry
  2. Looking for opportunities to collaborate with agencies, industries, and NGOs in terms of consulting and research
  3. Produce high-impact research and publications
  4. Provide infrastructure for students to train students to become successful entrepreneurs
SOCIAL ENTREPRENEURSHIP UNIT (SE) SOCIAL ENTREPRENEURSHIP UNIT (SE)
  1. Provide training programs in social entrepreneurship based in collaboration with agencies and industries
  2. Looking for opportunities to collaborate with agencies, industries, and NGOs in terms of social entrepreneurship 
  3. Coordinate programs with positive-impact to community in line with SDG 
  4. Provide infrastructure to train students to become successful social entrepreneurs
